The Program
on Project Management is an integrated and comprehensive training course specially designed for professionals working in private and public organizations. This program covers modern techniques of project planning and scheduling, project cost estimating and budgeting, resources planning, risk management and quality management. This is a practical program for practitioners, on how to plan, execute, monitor and control projects using modern project management techniques with computer applications

Participants will learn concepts of project management, different project organizational structures, project scheduling, resource allocation, risk analysis, quality assurance and project control techniques.

Through lectures by internationally recognized experts, applied case studies, computer applications and group discussions, participants will gain practical knowledge and obtain a global perspective of recent development in these fields.


Goals
The goals of the program are to develop the operational skills of participants so that they are being able to successfully plan, and manage the implementation of projects of both a physical and/or organizational nature.

Program Structure
Project Management is a 2-week rigorous program requiring full commitment and active participation. Participants prepare their cases individually and in groups.

    • Project Management Resources: The state-of-the-art reference materials for this subject will be distributed to each participant including a complete set of Project Management lectures.
    • Microsoft Project: This course will use the Microsoft Project software. Most of the cases will be carried out/solved using Microsoft Project.
